OSR (Ohoopee Swamp Runner): I am on a journey to improve my health by running and eating healthy. Some days are better than others but the key is consistency. I started this journey in July of 2010. The healthy eating part has been a constant struggle but the running comes easy. It keeps me sane. Not all runs are "good" runs but you just get out there and do it because it is so worth it when you do have a good one and feel that runner's high!
